All Things Sign And Display At The Graphics Forum

img_1190PrintFactory was invited by HP to attend the Sign and Display Graphics Forum, which was held in Barcelona between 15th – 16th November 2017 to run demos of our software’s capabilities to transform traditional soft signage workflows.

The event was run by HP at their Sant Cugat site in Spain and was attended by around 400 of their EMEA customers, as well as seven different strategic partners from the textile and software industries. When discussing our solutions for wide-format print workflows, delegates were particularly impressed to learn that it’s possible to achieve reductions in ink usage while still improving colour quality using automation. In fact, an average of 20% ink savings can be achieved through implementation of PrintFactory software.

Our EMEA Sales Director, Simon Landau, gave a presentation at the event, breaking the ice with a stirring rendition of Frank Sinatra before taking the audience on a journey through PrintFactory’s extensive LFP toolset. He discussed the benefits of smart color management solutions and outlined the savings in time, ink and media that wide-format set-ups can achieve through cloud-based, automated workflows.

Prior to the Sign and Display Graphics Forum, we published an industry report to put a spotlight on the potential for automated workflows to completely transform LFP. This also proved a great talking point at the event, as printing businesses start to move towards a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, safe in the knowledge that any upgrades will be automatically administered, proved to be of great interest to this audience. You can find out more by downloading the whitepaper here.

We look forward to working with HP as a strategic software partner, and are excited to be playing a key role in redefining LFP. Find out more about how PrintFactory can help your business maximise the latest hardware developments here: https://www.printfactory.cloud/tools/
